Hypnosis is a Natural State?
YES. Hypnosis is a natural state of mind. You are in and out of hypnosis several times everyday for example when you day dream, or focused on something or even driving down the road and you realize you're at your destination, you were in a hypnotic state.

Is hypnosis safe? 
YES. Yes, it is a natural way to talk directly to your subconscious mind to accept suggestions and awareness to assist in self-improvement.

Can anyone be hypnotized?  
YES. Anyone with reasonable intelligence and language skills can be hypnotized. Even a busy mind can be hypnotized.

Is hypnosis sleeping?  
NO. Hypnosis is a state of mind very much like meditation, daydreaming or complete focused concentration.

Is hypnosis mind control? 
NO. Hypnotic state is entered by consent… The hypnotist simply helps relax the conscious mind however the client remains in TOTAL control of there mind at all times. A person in hypnosis will NOT do anything that conflicts with their ethics, morals or values.

Can I get stuck in hypnosis? 
NO. The client is in total control. There can be a desire to stay in the hypnotic state a little longer by choice, but a person cannot become "stuck" in hypnosis. If the practitioner were to disappear in mid-session the client would either spontaneously come out of their focused state or drop off to sleep and awaken naturally.
